In a few hours I will be turning 26, and am still unsure whether to be delighted about it or not. Hehe. I think it must be the prenatal blues. I’m turning 26, pregnant with my third child, and feeling very un-pretty right now. Although I am looking forward to the fact that I will be spending time with my family. They will be coming over for summer vacation, and my mom will be bringing Sab over too. So that’s something I’m looking forward to tonight, tomorrow and the weekend when my sisters and dad get here from the UK. I only wish my brother could take the weekend off from his internship and come over from Singapore. Haha! I’m sure he’d love to visit and see his friends here. And they haven’t seen Sab for more than a year since they came here last summer. I hope to be able to post pictures from our dinner tonight.

am here at the office now, trying to browse for work from home options. i’ll be taking my maternity leave soon and i really want to make sure that for the 60 days that i’ll be gone from the office, i will still be earning from home. and who knows, i know it’s wishful thinking but maybe i can earn enough not to go back to work until the baby is a little bigger. i still think that 2 months is too early to leave the baby at home with the nanny and my MIL. i trust my MIL but it’s different if am the one hands on with my child. so far am looking in data entry jobs and possibly, home based call center jobs. and of course, am still working on earning extra income online from the sites that my fellow girltalk forumers have suggested.

just recently, i decided to put up my own “online shop” and sell women’s stuff since this is what i am into personally as well. so now, initially, i’m selling Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Calgon and other brands of designer perfumes for starters. i hope to be able to venture out and sell clothes and bags as well. i’m still in the process of looking for suppliers though. being a mom, one of the things i’m also looking into selling would be baby clothes, toys and other stuff since these are what i love to browse and shop for online these days. so hopefully, i will be able to make it big and am keeping my fingers crossed that this online shop will work for me so i have something to do while i go on my maternity leave in about 6-8 weeks’ time.
